Berry Sorbet

With only 4 ingredients, this berry sorbet is an easy go-to if you need a cool, refreshing treat. You won’t feel guilty for having an extra scoop of this!
 
Prep Time: 5 minutes
 
Ingredients:
1 serving Proto-col Pure Collagen (4 capsules broken up)
2 frozen Bananas
2 cups Mixed Berries
3 tbsp Honey
 
Method:
Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
Pour into a loaf tin and freeze for 2 hours before serving.

 

Collagen Berry Smoothie

A smoothie is one of the most convenient ways to up your intake of fruits and vegetables, plus adding collagen can give it a real wellness boost!
 
Prep time: 5 minutes
Makes: 1 smoothie
 
Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 Collagen Shot
1 handful frozen Strawberries
4 Ice cubes
Splash of milk
 
Method:
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

 

Iced Chocolate Orange Collagen Smoothie

If a berry smoothie doesn’t take your fancy, then this chocolate one definitely will – who said something chocolatey couldn’t be good?
 

Prep time: 5 minutes


Ingredients:
1 Complete Collagen sachet
1 small Banana
1 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Cacao powder
2 tbsp Almond Butter
½ cup Ice
 
Method:
Blend all ingredients (except Complete Collagen) for a minute until smooth.
Tear and stir in the Complete Collagen sachet into your smoothie and enjoy!

 

Collagen Cocktail

Start the weekend off with this refreshing collagen cocktail. While the collagen won’t make it healthy, it will certainly give you an added nutrient boost.
 
Prep time: 5 minutes
 
Ingredients:
Collagen Cordial
Raspberry and Cranberry Juice
Lime Juice
Vodka (optional)
 
Method:
Measure out 15ml of Collagen Cordial and pour into glass.
Next add 2 parts Raspberry and Cranberry juice to the same glass and 1 part Lime juice.
Lastly, you can add 2 parts Vodka – but this is an optional step and still tastes just as good without the alcohol!

 

Chocolate Mousse

Enjoy chocolatey goodness, without the guilt by making this Collagen & Green Magic Chocolate Mousse.

Prep time: 10 minutes
 
Ingredients:
1 serving Proto-col Pure Collagen (4 capsules broken up)
1 Avocado
4 tsp Coconut Oil
2 tsp Cacao Powder
2 tsp Agave Syrup
1 tsp Green Magic
Raspberries to serve
 
Method:
Slice open your avocado and put the flesh in a bowl
Add 4 teaspoons of coconut oil
Add two spoonfuls each of cacao powder & agave syrup
Add one teaspoon of Green Magic and add powder from collagen capsules.
Whizz in a blender until smooth
Transfer to serving bowls then chill in the fridge for an hour
Serve with fresh raspberries
